Last community mental health outreach clinic of 2020! Despite the ongoing pandemic, Jaya’s staff has once again joined forces with Ilam’s Health Assistants and local volunteers to deliver a two-days outreach mental health service to rural communities in Sandakpur, Eastern Nepal. This last weekend, we saw a total of 40 patients; some of these walked more than 4 hours to reach our health post; all services we provide are free of charge, including free medication and counselling sessions.
