Community nursing – a new healthcare workforce in Nepal

We are delighted to have been invited by the Nursing and Social Security Division of Nepal to offer training on communication skills to some of Nepal’s first Community-based nurses. Communication is a vital element in nursing in all areas of activity such as prevention, treatment, therapy, rehabilitation, education and health promotion. We look forward to continuing engaging with Nepal’s community nursing work force and to building the professional confidence of our colleagues in South Asia.
