Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses visual and tactile media as a means of self expression and communication. It is a technique rooted in the idea that creative expression can foster healing and mental well-being, and therefore one of our favourite ways of engaging and supporting nurses and other healthcare staff that accesses our “My Safe Space” free workshops at Jaya Mental Health’s Kathmandu’s office.
