New cross-border collaboration in nursing leadership

At Jaya Mental Health, we are proud to support a new cross-border collaboration in nursing leadership!

Together with the Mental Hospital Lagankhel, Nepal and Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust, UK, we have launched a supervision process where senior nursing staff from Bradford will be engaging with and supporting senior nurses at Lagankhel.

As the only hospital in Nepal fully dedicated to mental health care, Lagankhel’s nurses carry enormous responsibility. Through this partnership, senior nurses in Nepal will be supported in their leadership roles, strengthening and uplifting a hardworking workforce at the very heart of mental health services.

This is a step forward in building global solidarity, sharing expertise, and supporting nursing leaders who make mental health care possible.
