Today the 10th of September is World Suicide Prevention Day. Every year, more than 720 000 people die due to suicide around the world.

Today we are celebrating World Mental Health Day - as a grassroots organisation this is an important opportunity to promote mental health for every community across the globe.

Last week supporters Olivia Louise Shanks & Rik @rocknroadruncoaching set off on their epic challenge to run across the Great Himalaya Trail Nepal in aid of Jaya and Mind Jersey.
