Today is #TimeToTalkDay the UK’s biggest mental health conversation. Happening every year, it’s a day for friends, families, communities, and workplaces to come together to talk, listen and change lives.

Encouraging people to talk about their mental health and emotional struggles, and building listening skills amongst the health professional community in low-income countries is what defines Jaya Mental Health’s work overseas.

Our hope is that in the future, other countries will embrace this celebration, and that through talking and listening to one another, we can continue changing lives no matter where in the world.
