Bhaktapur Hospital is one of the largest and oldest general hospitals in the valley of Kathmandu. For the past two years, we’ve been working together with nursing staff from this health care provider on the launch of one of the first nursing leadership programmes in Nepal.
Part of this work is about giving nurses the space and time to reflect on their own personal journeys through the complex world of health care provision in a country where resources are often limited and scarce. That is what we did this Friday, with the support of our brilliant Art Therapist Lajja Dixit. An invitation to share stories and heal through art. What a great way to start the weekend!
